Ten minutes from Arezzo, Castelluccio hosts the Badia di Campoleone green resort, an old estate from which it is easy to discover some extraordinary Tuscan scenery, artistic creations, green hills and food and wine itineraries.
Arezzo and the extraordinary Basilica of St. Francis are a few minutes away; walking through its center you can admire St. Peter's Cathedral, the Roman amphitheater with the rich Archeological Museum and Vasari's mansion, a brilliant example of a Renaissance home.
Arezzo comes to life especially during the prestigious Antique Fair - the first weekend of every month – and during the spectacular, chivalrous tournament of the Giostra del Saracino (Joust of the Saracen); during the summer, music and cabaret steal the scene on the stages of ‘Arezzo Wave’.
The Badia di Campoleone is an hour's drive from Florence, capital of the Italian Renaissance, Siena and the extraordinary valleys of Chianti; even closer is the Etruscan town of Cortona and the slight hills that surround Trasimeno Park, on the banks of the lake with the same name.
The surroundings of Badia di Campoleone host the outlet stores of the prestigious brands of Italian fashion, Gucci, Prada, Armani and many others; an occasion not to be missed for a shopping experience of great quality and affordable prices.

The closest airport is that of Florence, approximately 90 km away.
